[speechless...]

There is little that can be said about the upset that occurred in Arizona yesterday. It was simply the worst game that the Patriots have played all season.

When the clock had run down to 30 seconds, I still had a glimmer of hope that our all-star QB would again prevail against the pressure and the odds to turn the game around. Maybe a hail-mary pass. Maybe even a field goal from 40+ yard line.

Nothing.

What was previously considered the best team in NFL history will now go down in the history books as an "almost" team that was simply too good to be true. The TV was shut off about 5 minutes after the clock ran out because nobody desired to hear the obvious. Before the screen went black however, I noticed one Giants fan with a poster that said it all:

"18 - 1" There's no glory in those numbers...

So... when do the Red Sox start playing again??
