Dear Mom & Dad,

As of February 1st, I will now be charging $20 a month for on-site tech support and $30 a month for remote support via my cell phone or business line.  This rate covers all people in the household ranging from the old to elderly.  Some of the services provided include:

• Transferring photos from digital camera to computer
• Teaching how to burn photos onto a CD-R
  
• Reinforcing the concept that channel 7 (standard) is significantly different than 707 (high def)
• Programming remote controls
• Teaching how to post ads on Craig's List
• Teaching how to turn on both television and cable box simultaneously

I expect to be paid in full before the beginning of each month.  Thank you again for your continued business in these difficult economic times.

P.S.  You may notice that my total monthly rate for my services equals the amount of rent you are charging for me to sleep/eat at your home 8 nights a month.  Lets just call it even each month. You're the best :)
